Eligibility
Tutor: Enrolled 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year students with a GPA of 4.0 or above in the subject. They must also meet the scholarship criteria: having completed at least 14 credits in the previous semester, have an overall GPA of 3.0 or above, be enrolled within 8 semesters.
Tutee: Students enrolled in the tutoring course for the current semester with an overall GPA below 4.0 in the previous semester, needing support in the specific subject.

Duration
10 to 11 weeks per semester (adjusted according to the academic schedule)

Team Composition
One tutor and 2 to 5 tutees
Operating Rules
Conduct tutoring activities for at least one hour per week, totaling 9 or more sessions (mandatory)
Tutors must complete and submit learning logs and tutee attendance sheets for at least 9 sessions (mandatory)
Attend preliminary education and mid-term evaluations (mandatory)
Participate in a comprehensive evaluation meeting
Participate in program satisfaction and learning competency surveys
For the practice track, conduct at least 4 tutoring sessions and submit at least 4 reports
