Visiting Student Program
Program Overview
The Visiting Student Program allows students to take specialized courses designed for international students at partner universities abroad for one semester and earn academic credits. Participants in the Visiting Student Program are required to pay tuition fees to both SWU and the host institution overseas, and credits earned abroad are recognized according to the same standards and procedures applied to exchange students.
Applicants for the Disney Internship Program must maintain enrolled student status from the time of application until departure.
Common Eligibility Requirements
- Completion of at least 2 semesters at SWU by the time of departure
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
- No record of disciplinary action by the university
- No disqualifying reasons for overseas travel
- Demonstrated proficiency in the language of instruction in the host country
(Applicants must meet the official language test score requirements specified by each university) - Fulfillment of all additional eligibility requirements for each individual program
